About Us
Revel Threads is an independent festival-inspired clothing and accessories brand based in Sheffield, UK. We’re a small, passionate operation — many of our pieces are handmade with care, and we work with a curated selection of makers and suppliers who share our love of craft and creativity.
Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order, not that it’s been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there’s a pricing error, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
For custom or commissioned pieces (via our Design Your Own service), we’ll be in touch to confirm details before production begins.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
Our Products
We’re proud to offer a mix of handcrafted and carefully sourced pieces. Where items are handmade, there may be small natural variations between them — that’s part of their charm, not a flaw. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We’re not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers once an item has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they’re faulty.
