How We Ship
All Revel Threads orders are dispatched from Sheffield, UK. Each item is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. Handmade coats are particularly labour-intensive to produce, so please check your individual product listing for the estimated dispatch timeframe.
UK Delivery
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, with Royal Mail Tracked 24 available at checkout for faster delivery.
Tracked 48: 2–3 working days — £3
Tracked 24: 1–2 working days — £5
Free delivery on all UK orders over £75
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by product type due to the difference in parcel size and weight.
Festival CoatsDue to their size and weight, festival coat parcels are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide as large tracked parcels.
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked as small parcels, making international shipping considerably more affordable.
Shipping charges are estimates based on typical parcel weights and dimensions. For particularly remote destinations or unusually large orders, we may need to contact you if the actual postage cost significantly exceeds the amount charged — we’ll always discuss this with you before proceeding.
A Note for US Customers
Parcels shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by US Customs and are entirely outside our control — they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout. We recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection for current guidance on applicable rates before placing your order.
International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues once a parcel has been dispatched.

We put real care into every piece we make and send out, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I Return My Order?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition, with no signs of use
• Free from odours, pet hair, or damage not present at the time of delivery
We inspect all returned items on arrival. If an item is received in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to process a refund.
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
Items made to order through our Design Your Own service are personalised to your specification and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. We’ll always discuss and confirm details with you before production begins, so please make sure you’re happy before giving the go-ahead.
How to Start a Return
Email us at orders@revelthreads.co.uk with your order number and a brief note about why you’d like to return. We’ll get back to you within 2 working days with the next steps.
Please don’t send anything back without hearing from us first — unrequested returns can cause delays in processing your refund.
Return Postage
Unless your item is faulty or arrived damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re really sorry — that’s not the experience we want you to have. Please email orders@revelthreads.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. In this case, we’ll cover your return postage and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you’d prefer.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
